It doesn’t look like the purple shown at all. It’s so dark it’s almost black. The blanket message and the softness still makes it a great gift. I chose purple since it’s her favorite color but would’ve chosen something else if I had known how dark it is.
Me and my wife use this throw blanket while relaxing at couch. It is lightweight, warm, and cozy, making it the ideal choice for all season use. We are completely satisfied with this product. It appears to be of very high quality. It can be a perfect holiday season gift to friends/family. It is available in 7 different colors. This product is worth the money paid. Regarding machine wash, I have not washed it yet, but the product page says machine washable.
